For the eighth year Ukraine is in a state of war, so the level of culture of handling weapons must grow and have high attention in the society. About this on Facebook said the Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky.


"Practical shooting skills need to increase also among the civilian population, expanding the network of shooting ranges. After all, next year the Law of Ukraine "On the foundations of national resistance" will enter into force and practical shooting skills will be very necessary for the construction of a renewed Ukrainian territorial defense", - said the head of the Interior Ministry.


According to Monastyrsky, a person engaged in shooting should trust the weapon he holds in his hands.


"And, undoubtedly, believe in himself. A society that trusts the Department of the Interior with guns should trust law enforcement and feel safe and secure," the minister concluded.
