The appeal hearing in Poroshenko's case was postponed

The Kiev Court of Appeal has postponed the consideration of the appeal in the case of treason, of which former President Petro Poroshenko is accused, to 11 February. This is evidenced by the broadcast from the court building.

The hearing was postponed to 11:00 on February 11. The reason - the Pechersky court of Kiev did not have time to transfer the case materials in time.

"As of today, materials of criminal proceedings from the Pechersk District Court to the Kyiv Court of Appeal have not arrived for reasons beyond the control of the panel of judges. In this regard, it is impossible to hold today an appeal hearing on the filed complaints", - said the judge.
