The European Union has just signed a memorandum with Ukraine to provide EUR1.2 billion in macrofinancial assistance, Prime Minister Denis Schmigal said.
"We sincerely thank a true friend of Ukraine, Valdis Dombrovskis. Another gesture of meaningful support from the EU, which will help strengthen our economic potential to expel the Russian occupiers from Ukrainian soil," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
