"The mentioned diplomatic institutions of Ukraine are instructed to provide the necessary advisory and consular assistance to the above-mentioned category of citizens to ensure their return to Ukraine," the Foreign Ministry added.

Meanwhile, the occupation authorities of Energodar may in the near future forcibly remove residents to Russia, offering them "green corridors" to Zaporozhye or Dnepr.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova said that the Russian occupants carry out mass deportation of residents of Kherson and other occupied territories. She wrote about it on her Facebook page.

The Russian Ministry of Defense covers the deportation with theses about the "appeal of embassies and applications," the "danger" of certain territories of Ukraine and rescue "from the arbitrariness arranged by the nationalists."

According to Denisova, who refers to the information voiced by the occupants, the Russians have already forcibly relocated between 400,000 and 500,000 people.

90000 of them are residents of the Kherson region - citizens of Ukraine, Moldova and Russia.
