US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has said that the United States sees no signs that the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia are moving forward effectively. Because, according to him, the U.S. does not see that Russia is serious about talks with Ukraine. This was reported by CNN.

He also warned that Russia's statement about reducing the intensity of fighting around Kiev could be "a means by which Russia is once again trying to distract and deceive people into thinking it's not doing what it's doing."

"If they somehow think that trying to subjugate 'only,' in quotation marks, eastern Ukraine and southern Ukraine can succeed, they are once again deeply deceiving themselves," Blinken said.
