In Kherson, the Russian military appointed "chairmen" of the occupation administrations of the city council and the regional state administration. The head of the Kherson RSA Gennadiy Laguta told about it in a video message.
"Vladimir Saldo was appointed "head" of the occupation administration of the Kherson region. From 2002 to 2012 he was the mayor of Kherson, and then a people's deputy from the Party of Regions," Laguta said.
The occupants and collaborators held a meeting at which they presented their "heads. The occupiers put Oleksandr Kobets as head of the city administration, the RSA head added.
