UN Secretary-General António Guterres visited Borodyanka in the Kyiv region, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Ukraine said on Twitter.
"I imagine my family in one of these houses, now destroyed and black. I see my granddaughters running away in panic. War is in no way acceptable in the 21st century," Gutterish said.
