In the past 24 hours, the occupiers hit Kharkiv's residential areas three times with artillery, wounding one person. The Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to deter the occupants' offensive in the region.

About this in his video message said the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration Oleg Sinegubov.

"At night the shelling of Kharkiv continued, in particular the extreme eastern residential areas Saltovka and North Saltovka. 1 person, unfortunately, was wounded. Over the past 24 hours, the Russian occupation troops have carried out only 3 artillery attacks on Kharkiv. This is thanks to our Armed Forces, which have combat successes, military operations continue", - said Sinegubov.

The hot spot, according to the official, remains Izyum.

"The enemy attempted to conduct an offensive in the direction of the settlements Suligovka and Dolgenkoye. There was no success, because the AFU holds the defense and inflicts significant losses on the Russians," said the head of the OVA.

He appealed to the residents of the region to be careful and, despite the decrease in the number of shelling, not to leave shelters unnecessarily.

"This weekend, on memorial days, refrain from visiting cemeteries and from mass gatherings," Sinegubov warned.
