Ukraine cannot trust Russian speaker Putin's words about "guarantees" for shipping - he previously guaranteed not to attack Ukraine. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba wrote this on Twitter.

"Putin says he will not use trade routes to attack Odesa. This is the same way he told German Chancellor Scholz and French President Macron that he would not attack Ukraine - days before a full-scale invasion of our country. We cannot trust Putin, his words are nothing," the minister wrote.
