In July, the Russian Federation will stop pumping gas to the European Union through the Nord Stream pipeline for 10 days. This is reported by Nord Stream AG. 

It's reported that from July 11 up to July 21, 2022 the gas pipeline will be shut down for preventive maintenance. It is also reported that mechanical components and automation systems will be tested.

"The schedule and work plan have been agreed in advance with Nord Stream AG's upstream and downstream partners," the report said.

As a reminder, in June the Russian side almost halved the volume of gas supplies, while the European Union does not believe the statements that it is allegedly caused by technical reasons.
