Ukraine Appeals to the International Court of Justice with Proof of Violation of the Genocide Convention by Russia - Kuleba

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced the filing of a memorandum to the International Court of Justice on groundless accusations of "genocide" by Ukraine on the part of the Russian Federation.

"Ukraine has filed a Memorandum with the International Court of Justice. We prove that the Russian Federation violated the Genocide Convention by justifying its military aggression with baseless accusations of "genocide" against Ukraine. This is an important step to hold Russia accountable and compensate for the damage caused," Kuleba wrote on Twitter on Friday.
