On July 14 Ukraine will put into circulation a coin dedicated to the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the marked southern maritime borders of our country, said in the NBU, writes UNN.

"Dedicated to a separate type of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, designed to deter or repulse in cooperation with other branches of the Armed Forces, other military formations and law enforcement agencies of armed aggression against Ukraine from the sea and in coastal areas, protecting the sovereignty and state interests of Ukraine", - said in the description to the coin.

On the obverse of the coin placed emblem of the Navy of the AFU, the Ukrainian coat of arms. On the reverse of the coin on the background of stylized waves depicts different types of ships as a symbol of the Ukrainian Navy, which apart from the surface forces also includes naval aviation, marine infantry, coastal artillery and other components; on top marked the southern maritime borders of our state and exclusively maritime economic zone of Ukraine.

Coin worth 10 hryvnia. Made of zinc-based alloy with nickel coating. Will come out in an edition of 1 million pieces.
