The Ukrainian military is holding defenses in the vicinity of Luhansk Region. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk RSA Sergei Gaidai during a telethon.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces hold the defense in the vicinity of Luhansk region - two settlements of the region are under the control of the government", - said the head of the RSA.

At the same time, Gaidai added, from the occupied territories the Russians export grain by Kamaz trucks.

Also, the Russian Federation introduces its own mobile operator in the occupied territories.

"The Russian army destroyed food warehouses, stores and markets in large cities - the settlements are on the verge of humanitarian disaster. In Rubizhne and Lisichansk, the centralized gas supply system has been destroyed, and considerable funds are needed to restore it," Gaidai added.
