Air confrontation in the south: AFU destroys enemy warehouses, occupants hit newly liberated settlements

Ukrainian soldiers repulsed an enemy assault in the direction of Sukhoy Stavok - Lozovoye.

 

In the southern regions of Ukraine, Russian troops continue to actively use aviation, striking defense positions and civilian objects. In the past 24 hours, they carried out 16 airstrikes, including on settlements recently liberated by Ukrainian soldiers. This is reported by the press service of the operational command "South".

 

According to our military, in the southern direction, the enemy continues to conduct combat operations on the occupied defense line. However, no significant changes in its composition or position are observed. In the direction of Sukhoy Prud - Lozovaya, an attempt was made to conduct an assault action by a special platoon supported by an APC-82A and a tank platoon. After suffering losses, the Russians were forced to withdraw.

 

The enemy also shelled Ivanovka with 152-caliber heavy artillery, as a result of which one person died. The extent of the destruction is still being ascertained.
