The court in the Netherlands will decide in the middle of February on the crash of the Boeing 777, which was flying MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, the Western media reported on Monday.

The hearing, at which the court will announce its decision, is scheduled for February 17.

We would like to remind you that the Boeing 777 Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 Amsterdam (Netherlands) - Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) was shot down in the sky over Donetsk region on June 17, 2014. All 298 people who were on board were killed. The Joint Investigation Team (JIT, JIT), which includes representatives of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia and Malaysia, is investigating the causes of the crash.

In December 2016, the investigation of the crash revealed that the airliner was hit by a missile launched from the Buk SAM system. A year ago, the identity of the Buk was announced: according to the SSG, it was the missile launcher of the Russian 53rd Air Defense Brigade stationed in Kursk, which had been transferred to the illegal armed forces of Donbass.

On 19 January 2019, the investigation team officially named four accused of being responsible for the death of flight MH17: the Russians Igor Girkin (Strelkov), Sergei Dubinskiy, Oleg Pulatov and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko.

Official representatives of the Russian Federation have repeatedly denied Russian involvement in the crash of the Malaysian airliner on the territory of Ukraine.
