Ukrainian commanders were allowed to take a command of the warriors' warrants

Under the martial law, not only notaries can now certify certificates of servicemen. The government has approved the right for commanders to certify certificates of combatants. Previously only notaries had this right. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced amendments to the Order of state registration of documents and personal property contracts in the personal property register at the special meeting of the Council," - the statement says.

Thus, not only notaries can certify certificates of military personnel, law enforcement officers and other members of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. This right was granted to commanders of these formations, as well as other people authorized by such a commander.

According to the established procedure, after certifying the order, the commander of the unit must submit the document to the Ministry of Justice through the General Staff of the AFU, the Ministry of Defense or any law enforcement agency. Then the Ministry of Justice will send the document to the notaries, who will register it in the Register within three days.
