Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the course of carrying out tasks in the south of the country, struck the Daryiv bridge over the Ingulets River in the Kherson region, the Operational Command "South" reports.

 "Missile and artillery units continued to fire missions, including ensuring control over the Daryiv Bridge. Its operation has been stopped," the message states.

 It is noted that the confirmed losses of the enemy during the night of August 26 are 27 personnel and a 120 mm mobile mortar.

 "Other losses are still being investigated," the command notes.
