After the act of capitulation, the Russian Federation will face a tribunal and a "parade of sovereignties", since it will not remain within its current borders. This belief was expressed by the Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

 "With any act of capitulation that we accept from Russia, later, no matter what it is called, no matter how it is veiled, I am convinced that the tribunal and the future "Nuremberg" are waiting for them all. Even if they are tried in absentia or posthumously," Reznikov said.

 He emphasized that Ukraine does not trust the Russians and will not trust them, no matter who heads the Kremlin.

 "The only thing that can balance this despair (and this is for a generation, our great-grandchildren will remember who the Russians are and will not trust them) is a security architecture guaranteed by serious partners: Great Britain, the United States, the countries of the European Union, Turkey. The security system of architecture, which you and I will believe, unlike the Budapest memorandum", - added the head of the MOU.

 In his opinion, the war of civilizations is going on now, but it will not go beyond the borders of Ukraine.

 Answering the question whether the Russians will continue to fight with Ukraine after the death or removal of Putin, the head of the defense department expressed the opinion that "they will stop waging this war with the main mass, there will be some attempts, a desire for revenge from some military personnel, but this will gradually come to nothing." .

 According to Reznikov, the Russian Federation will eventually cease to exist within its current borders.

 "I think there will be a parade of sovereignties, the Russian Federation will split into various state entities," the minister emphasized.
