The Supreme Court closed the proceedings in the case of Zelenskiy's non-disclosure of public information

The Supreme Court, as part of the panel of judges of the Administrative Court of Cassation, closed the proceedings in case No. 9901/337/21 based on the lawsuit of the fifth president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, who asked the court to declare the inaction of the head of state, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, due to the non-disclosure of public information of public interest.

 

 According to the press service of the court, "the plaintiff noted that in an interview dated June 24, 2021, posted on the Internet, the defendant claimed that he had information from the Security Service of Ukraine, the intelligence agencies of Ukraine, or from any other persons regarding the plaintiff , with "terrorists, separatists Medvedchuk traded, earned together with the fifth president."

 

 "The plaintiff asked the court to declare the defendant's inaction regarding non-disclosure of public information of public interest, the existence of which he asserted in his interview, to be illegal, and to oblige him to disclose this information," said a message on Facebook.

 

 After examining the evidence and considering additional explanations, the Supreme Administrative Court decided to close the proceedings in the case. This decision can be appealed.
