On Monday, September 26, a shooting occurred in one of the military commissariats of the Irkutsk region of Russia. The shooter was detained.

 The shooting took place in the military commissariat of the city of Ust-Ilimsk, Irkutsk region, as a result of which the head of the conscription commission was wounded.

 In turn, local Telegram channels published a video of the incident. In it, a man standing on a stage in a small hall shoots a person behind the pulpit, after which he falls and the audience runs out of the room.
