Ukraine will receive four IRIS-T air defense systems instead of one

Germany will transfer four IRIS-T air defense systems to Ukraine, which are not in service with the Bundeswehr, instead of one, as previously reported.

 

 This follows from data on the website of the German government.

 

 In the list of weapons planned for transfer, it is stated that the means for the transfer of three more air defense systems have appeared.

 

 Preparations are being made for the transfer of 30,000 cartridges of 40 mm caliber and 24 MG3 machine guns for armored repair and evacuation vehicles.

 

 The German government is also preparing to hand over 10 bridge systems, three medium bridge systems and 90 heavy-duty trailers for transporting heavy weapons.
