This week, British Defense Minister Ben Wallace visited Kyiv and met with his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksiy Reznikov. He announced his visit on Twitter only today.

 "Delighted to visit my good friend Oleksiy Reznikov this week in Kyiv to discuss increased military aid to Ukraine. Our support for their fight against Russian aggression is growing and will continue through 2023 and beyond!" - wrote Wallace.

 According to media reports, British Prime Minister Liz Truss plans to announce the provision of military aid to Ukraine in the amount of 2.3 billion pounds (approximately 2.6 billion dollars) in 2023.
