 "Today's case is another confirmation that there are no usual changes in our service," Biloshitskyi wrote.

 

 He said that among the victims was a minor child.

 

 The police of the Rivne region reported in Telegram that the explosion occurred on Roman Shukhevych Street at approximately 9:00 p.m.

 

 "Preliminarily, at the scene of the incident, the police found two persons who may be involved in the committed crime. The law enforcement officers are communicating with them," the report says.
