Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Andriy Rudenko called on Ukraine to start negotiations, noting that Moscow does not have any preconditions for starting a dialogue.

 "There are no preconditions from our side, except for the main condition – that Ukraine shows good will," he said.

 In addition, the Russian Foreign Ministry assures that diplomats are not conducting any negotiations with the USA regarding Ukraine.
