The Council of Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe will meet for the first time without a representative of the Russian Federation.

 This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba.

 "For the first time, the Council of Ministers of the OSCE will be held without a representative of Russia - without a Russian minister. And this is right. There is nothing for him to do. They are only simulating negotiations. They are only simulating diplomacy. And in fact, they have made their choice: this choice is war and war crimes." - he said.
