Ukraine is planning a major counteroffensive this spring. Combat operations on the front line will be the "hottest". This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Kyrylo Budanov in an interview with ABC News.

 As Budanov said, he expects that "the fighting will be the hottest in March" in 2023.

 "This is the liberation of territories and the task of the final defeat of the Russian Federation. This will take place throughout Ukraine, from Crimea to Donbas. Our goal, and we will achieve it, is to return to the borders of 1991, in which Ukraine is recognized by all subjects of international law." - said the head of GUR.
