The SSU blocked dozens of Telegram channels that helped avoid mobilization

Cyber specialists of the Security Service of Ukraine blocked 26 telegram channels that helped conscripts avoid receiving a summons. They reported on the activities carried out by the Territorial centers of recruitment and social support in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Chernivtsi, Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa regions, and above all, they informed about the actual places of delivery of summonses.

 This is reported in the SSU Telegram channel.

 Channel administrators received information about such "locations" from local residents. The channels had more than 400,000 subscribers. Having seen such "success", the administrators decided to make a business out of it and offered their platforms for placing commercial advertisements.

 The investigators established the identities of all the organizers, among them - two owners of the SMM company, which is engaged in the promotion of Internet resources using so-called bot farms.

 During searches of the residences of the suspects, law enforcement officers discovered:

 computers and mobile phones with evidence of illegal actions;

 bank cards on which the attackers received money for advertising.

 Six administrators of such Telegram channels are planned to be notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations) with the subsequent selection of a preventive measure in the form of detention. They face up to 10 years in prison.
