The head of the German Defense Ministry is annoyed by Hungary's behavior

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius criticized Hungary for blocking the payment of 500 million euros from the EU Fund, which reimburses member states for military aid to Ukraine.

Pistorius said this before the meeting of EU defense ministers in Brussels on Tuesday.

Pistorius said he was "somewhat disappointed or annoyed by the behavior of the Hungarian friends" by blocking aid. He noted that Hungary did this for reasons "which I do not share and should not share."

"This prevents reimbursement of what other countries have financed in support of Ukraine. This is not the best step," Pistorius said.
