At the forum in Bratislava, Macron plans to talk about support for Ukraine

In his speech at the Globsec forum in Bratislava, French President Emmanuel Macron will talk about support for Ukraine.

As AFP reports, this was announced at the Elysée Palace.

In his speech, Emmanuel Macron is going to send a signal to partners from Eastern Europe, who are afraid that the key states will not start agreeing to any concessions to Moscow in order to quickly end the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

In particular, during his visit to Paris, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda emphasized that Europe must maintain unity and that now is "not the time for compromises and gray areas."

"It's about sending clear signals about our determination to support Ukraine in the future, as well as talk about the future of Europe, the European Union and our continent, in particular in terms of security," said one of Macron's advisers.

Macron also plans to emphasize the importance of the EU's role in organizing assistance to Ukraine and will raise the issue of increasing Europe's readiness for possible security challenges.
