UAV attacks on Russia are aimed at slowing down arms production - Budanov

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that drone attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation are mainly aimed at missile companies of the Russian military-industrial complex, NV reports.

He explained that a third of such enterprises are located in the European part of Russia and remain "accessible to unidentified drones."

Budanov recalled the recent attacks on the "Kremniy-el" plant in Bryansk, which specializes in the production of electronics for Russian missiles, as well as the Redikinsky Research Plant in Tver region, which produces rocket fuel components.

"When we work out certain actions on the objects of the Russian military-industrial complex, we aim at only one thing: to slow down the production of Russian weapons," the head of the DIU said.
