The Russian Ministry of Defense has released footage of a board meeting in which Black Sea Fleet Commander Viktor Sokolov allegedly participated. It should be noted that yesterday the Ukrainian military announced the liquidation of the Russian admiral.

Thus, the Russian Fleet Commander Viktor Sokolov can be seen among the representatives of the Russian Defense Ministry participating in the board.

The meeting was allegedly held today by Minister Sergei Shoigu.

Meanwhile, the Kremlin claims that it "knows nothing about Sokolov's death". Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, in response to a question about the death of the Black Sea Fleet commander, said: "There was no information from the Defense Ministry."
