"No one has yet been able to give us a clear answer to the question of what our victory is," Danilov said.
He noted that he has not heard anywhere that our partners will support Ukraine until the victory. The only emphasis is that "the West will support us in our independent decisions."
"We need to clearly understand whether they are with us until victory or whether they are with us for a certain period of time, and then they will look and draw certain conclusions," the NSDC Secretary emphasized.
Danilov also noted that there are events taking place both in Russia and in the world that could have a positive impact on Ukraine.
"I mean, events often happen in life, and they are called differently. Some people call them "black swans". Such events will definitely happen, they will definitely happen in Russia and in the world. And this will affect many processes," Danilov added.
The main task at the moment, according to him, is to maintain stability, avoid despondency and panic, as well as to protect the state and liberate it from the aggressor.
"Because if we stop on this path, then everyone will take revenge on us, and not just Putin. We live in a very complex, difficult world, and today we see that sometimes even among our partner countries, political expediency prevails over certain things that we call "values," the NSDC Secretary emphasized.
