Armen Ashotyan, the Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia, said the quadrilateral declaration on the Trans-Caspian East-West Middle Corridor signed by Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkey, was ‘another proof’ that only Turks and Azeris needed the road through Armenia’s southernmost province of Syunik.

“Here is another proof that only Turks and Azeris need the road through Syunik and it does not have and will not have any global or Armenian economic appeal.

Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Kazakhstan signed a quadrilateral declaration on the Trans-Caspian East-West Middle Corridor.

The declaration highlights the role of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line in promotion of the competitive transportation between Europe and Asia and points out the importance of completing the construction work to increase the passable capacity of the line.

Therefore, Nikol [Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan] and other scoundrels continue proceeding with the agenda in which Armenia takes the role of a roadside brothel in Turkish logistics,” Ashotyan wrote on social media.
