Latvia has expanded its list of undesirable individuals by adding 55 additional Georgian citizens, according to a statement from Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže.

"I have made a decision to include an additional 55 Georgian 🇬🇪 citizens on the list of persons undesirable to the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the second part of Article 61 of the Immigration Law," Braže announced on social media.

The entry ban for these individuals is indefinite. The blacklist is enforced under Latvia’s Immigration Law, which allows restrictions on individuals deemed to pose a threat to national security, public order, or foreign policy interests.
