Financial Times: China ready to ensure military support for Russia

China has expressed readiness to provide military equipment for Russia in support of its invasion of Ukraine,  Financial Times has reported, citing officials.

 

The media outlet says that  the US has already warned its allies about China’s position.

 

Three  weeks have passed since the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

 

Russia requested China to provide the assistance earlier this week with Chinese officials stating that they had no plans to accept this. 

 

Meanswhile Ukraine is demanding the West to close the sky over the country to prevent bombing of civilians.
