Georgian rescuers have saved another individual trapped in a collapsed building in the Turkish city of Adiyaman, the Georgian Interior Ministry said on Thursday.

The survivor was transferred to a nearby hospital, like the woman who was saved by Georgian professionals on Wednesday in the worst-affected city following the 7.8 magnitude earthquake on Monday and subsequent aftershocks.

Hundred Georgian rescuers are present in Turkey,  with 60 leaving for the country on Monday and additional 40 on Wednesday.

Teimuraz Mgebrishvili, the head of the Georgian Emergency Management Centre, is coordinating their work.
