Georgians offer free accommodation to Ukrainians in Georgia amid hostilities in Ukraine

Dozens of Georgians have offered help to  the Ukrainians who are  currently in Georgia amid hostilities in their country. 

They mostly use Facebook groups Glory to Ukraine – Support from Georgia, Spend 4 Seasons in Georgia to offer help. 

The Georgian National Tourism Administration has also announced  a hotline number- 0 800 800 909 – for the Ukrainians who are currently in Georgia and need assistance. 

Deputy Economy Minister Mariam Kvrivishvili has stated that about  100 Ukrainian citizens have been provided with humanitarian aid  so far.
