Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II congratulates Mikheil Kavelashvili on his election as president

The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Ilia II, has extended his congratulations to Mikheil Kavelashvili on his election as President of Georgia.

In a goodwill message, Ilia II wished Kavelashvili success in his future endeavors as the nation’s leader.

“I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the glorious celebration of the Nativity of Christ and the New Year. I also congratulate you on your election as the President of Georgia and wish you success in your high service,” reads the congratulatory letter.
