Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Thursday claimed that foreign direct investment reached $1.689 billion in 2025, a 7.6% increase compared with 2024.
Speaking at a government meeting, the PM said the figure reflected “continued economic development” and highlighted that January saw 7.9% economic growth, reinforcing optimism that the annual growth forecast would be exceeded.
