Georgian PM: ”All necessary resources mobilized amid worsening weather conditions”

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced that all necessary resources, including the mobilization of defense forces, were activated as soon as the situation worsened due to heavy snowfall in Western Georgia. He made this statement to journalists in Ozurgeti following a meeting of the coordination headquarters on Tuesday evening.

According to Kobakhidze, heavy snowfall yesterday significantly complicated the situation.

“In response to the situation, we are taking appropriate measures, as expected. This is our responsibility. Wherever resources are needed, we will fully mobilize them,” the Prime Minister stated.
