PM highlights Georgia’s commitment to regional stability, dialogue at Turkmenistan forum

Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said that Georgia was pursuing a clearly defined policy of peace, aiming to contribute to regional stability by offering a neutral and reliable platform for dialogue in the South Caucasus. He made the remarks during his address at the plenary session of the international forum Peace and Trust: Unity of Goals for a Sustainable Future in Turkmenistan.
According to Kobakhidze, Georgia has initiated discussions designed to reduce tensions and establish communication channels between neighboring countries.
“We have launched and supported these discussions to demonstrate our commitment to fostering a more stable, cooperation-oriented regional environment. Georgia remains fully dedicated to working with partners to transform the ideals of the International Year of Peace and Trust into concrete, lasting progress. We believe that a sustainable future requires both dialogue and action, and that our shared goals depend on joint effort. Together, we can build a safer, more stable, and sustainable future for generations to come,” Kobakhidze said.
