The media holding of Putin's godfather Taras Kozak's ally has accused the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky of political reprisals, reacting in this way to the imposition of sanctions against their owner.

This is stated in the statement published on 112 Ukraine.

TV channels also believe that the NSDC imposed sanctions "on a far-fetched pretext", and Zelensky, they say, thus leaves "convenient channels" on the air that "will lie to the people of Ukraine."

"TV channels 112 Ukraine, news_copyOne and ZiK intend to fight for their right to broadcast for Ukrainians, bring the truth to citizens and be on the air," – the statement said.

The media holding of Putin's godfather's comrade-in-arms said it would continue to "continue to tell the truth to the citizens of Ukraine."
