Georgia’s Interior Ministry said its Migration Department deported 27 foreign nationals from the country in recent days, following coordinated operations with other relevant units.

According to the ministry, those expelled included citizens of Turkey, India, Azerbaijan, China, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Germany, Pakistan, Egypt, Israel and Lebanon.

Under current legislation, the deported individuals were also barred from re-entering Georgia, the ministry added.
