Moscow confirms well-known “Russian war ship” seriously damaged

The Russian Defense Ministry has stated that a “fire broke out” on the Black Sea Fleet cruiser Moscow, while Kyiv says that the ship was attacked by them. 

It is a cruiser from which on February 24, the first day of the Russian attack on Ukraine, the border guards of the Zmiinyi Island (Snake Island) were demanded to surrender, with Ukrainian border guard responding with currently a well-known phrase : Russian military ship, go f**k yourself. 

On the night of April 13, the head of the Odessa regional military administration Maxim Marchenko announced via telegram that Ukrainian defenders of the Black Sea had severely damaged the Russian ship with Neptune missiles.

Moscow says that fire has already been extinguished on the ship.
