New Year events to be held across Georgia between December 24 and January 8

At the initiative of the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili, New Year events will be held in all regions of Georgia from December 24 to January 8. 

 

Christmas fairs, exhibition-sales, children’s entertainment spaces will be organized in all 63 municipalities across the country.

 

The areas will house wooden Christmas houses, photo booths and installations. Santa Claus will give sweets and presents to the children living in the municipalities.

 

Concerts with the involvement of both local and invited performers from the capital will be held in the evening. The events will end up with fireworks.

 

Covid regulations will be observed at all events, the Government of Georgia says
