Pediatrician Kote Chakhunashvili reported missing, family alleges abduction

Family members of pediatrician Kote Chakhunashvili have reported that he was abducted while en route to meet a friend at a protest. According to family sources, Chakhunashvili left his home about an hour ago, and his destination was a meeting point with a friend attending the demonstration.

At present, his family is unable to reach him, as his phone is turned off. His car has been found parked just a few meters from his home. Authorities are yet to comment on the situation, but the disappearance has raised concerns amid the ongoing protests in the capital.
