The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) said Russia committed war crimes in Ukraine in a report published on April 13.

The report pointed out that Russian troops carried out ‘deliberate and indiscriminate attacks against

civilians and civilian infrastructure’ in various Ukrainian cities.

“There are photos and videos of civilians killed in the streets partly with their hands tied and reports about one or more mass graves. This evidence points to a major war crime and a crime against humanity committed by the Russian forces. Such an event deserves and requires a serious international enquiry, on the spot, with forensic experts,” they wrote.

OSCE set up a mission of experts last month to investigate the offenses committed during the war in Ukraine.
