Out of 355 new cases of coronavirus, 176 were detected in Tbilisi

According to the information published on Stopcov.ge, out of 355 new cases of infection detected in the country today: 176 cases were detected in Tbilisi, Adjara – 17, Imereti – 48, Kvemo Kartli – 8, Shida Kartli – 30, Guria – 14, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 23 , Kakheti – 19, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 6, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 4, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 10.

Currently, there are 2,680 active cases of infection, of which: 1,387 people are treated in hospitals, including 688 in Tbilisi hospitals, 158 in Adjara, 233 in Imereti. At this stage, 267 people are seriously ill, including 107 in Tbilisi and Adjara. 29, in Imereti – 71. There are 79 people on artificial respiration, 54 of them in Tbilisi, 2 in Adjara, 9 in Imereti. 142 people are accommodated in clinical hotels, including 102 in Tbilisi, 24 in Adjara, 9 in Imereti. 1 151 people are undergoing treatment for the virus in a residential apartment.

312 people are placed in quarantine areas, including 153 in Tbilisi and 19 in Adjara.

In total, from October 6 to March 5, 23,510 people were transferred from the state border to quarantine areas.

At this stage, 6,174 people are in self-isolation, including 2,789 in Tbilisi, 560 in Adjara and 691 in Imereti.
