Protesters gathered near the Parliament of Georgia in the country’s capital city of Tbilisi are currently holding a march.

So far, participants have not specified their intended route or final destination. Several groups of law enforcement officers are accompanying the demonstrators.

Citizens have been gathering daily on Rustaveli Avenue, and in recent days, they have organised regular marches.

The main demands of the protest, unchanged for nearly a year, remain the same: the scheduling of new parliamentary elections and the release of individuals detained during previous protest actions.
