Ex-PM Gakharia to attend Munich Security Conference, meet top US and EU officials

Former Prime Minister and chairman of the Gakharia for Georgia party, Giorgi Gakharia, will participate in the Munich Security Conference (MSC) from February 13-15, where he is scheduled to meet with senior political leaders from the United States and EU member states, the party’s press office reported.

“The MSC is one of the world’s most important international forums, convening annually to discuss global security and foreign policy issues. This year, alongside other global leaders, participants include US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and others,” the statement said.
